Hello & Guten Tag! I’m Franzi.

I’m a big kid at heart, a storyteller behind the camera, and someone who genuinely loves capturing the beautiful chaos of your family life.

For the past 10 years, I’ve been proud to be part of the Deer Baby family. With 11 years of experience photographing maternity, newborns, babies, and families, I’ve had the privilege of documenting hundreds of incredible stories and milestones and watching your babies grow up.

From sleepy newborn cuddles to energetic toddlers and growing families, I’m comfortable working with children of all ages including your fur babies. Whether I’m gently soothing your brand-new baby, making your toddler giggle, or helping everyone feel relaxed in front of the camera, my goal is to create a fun, stress-free experience that feels natural from start to finish.

I’m based in Manhattan but happy to travel wherever public transportation takes me. My sessions take place where your family feels most at home—whether that’s your cozy living space, your favorite neighborhood, or the park where your little ones love to run free. Those familiar places help create authentic images filled with genuine connection, real laughter, and all the little moments you’ll treasure for years to come.

I don’t chase perfection—I celebrate real life. The snuggles, the silly faces, the tiny details, the happy tears, and the unconditional love that make your family uniquely yours. Those ordinary moments are the ones that become your most treasured memories.
